Our task was to design a service application allowing the user to compare opinions about car workshops, mechanics and easily arrange a car repair.

4W & Questionnaire
We started our work by defining target users and their needs by asking ourselves 4 questions (who?, why?, what for? what makes the product special?). Then we conducted an interview with these people to clarify their real needs and compared them with our answers to the questions.
Research & Competitor Analysis
The next step was to analyze the competition market and compare our ideas with the existing solutions.
